We are the importer and distributor of Podere don Cataldo.
Podere Don Cataldo is an Italian wine estate in Salento (Puglia) that forms part of the family vineyards of Rocca Vini / Azienda Agricola Rocca. The estate is situated in Leverano (province of Lecce), close to the Ionian coast, and produces a range of distinctive wines from the warm, Mediterranean region of southern Italy.
Producer: Rocca — a family business with a long history in Italian viticulture, led by the Rocca family, who have been making wine for five generations.
Vineyard: Podere Don Cataldo is one of Rocca’s two estates (‘poderi’) in Salento, comprising around 100 hectares of vineyards.
Location: Leverano, province of Lecce, Apulia (southern Italy).
All these wines are made with respect for the Mediterranean terroir of Salento, where the sea breeze, limestone-clay soil and warm sun contribute to rich, fruity and aromatic wines.
