Style
Classic Loire Sauvignon Blanc: crisp, mineral and elegant, with more finesse than the often more expressive New Zealand style. The flint soils provide tension and a pronounced mineral touch.
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit character. There is no oak ageing. Some vintages mature for 8 to 10 months on fine lees (sur lie), which adds extra roundness.
Barrel ageing: no oak ageing (stainless steel), with sur lie maturation.
A fresh and refined Sauvignon Blanc from flint-rich soils in the Loire Valley. Aromas of lime, grapefruit, white flowers and subtle minerality. Dry, lively and elegant with a clean, mineral finish. Perfect as an aperitif and with oysters, shellfish, grilled fish and goat’s cheese.
