Podere Don Cataldo is one of Rocca's wineries in Leverano, near Lecce. For a long time, this winery was only there for the production of wine. A few years ago, Rocca started to convert this winery into a combination of winery and resort, which now gives it more allure than ever. Rocca has decided to set up a completely new line from the 2020 wine year, named after the Podere, with new wines of superior quality.

Straw yellow color with sparkling green notes. Delicate aromas of fresh white flowers, notes of pear and intense exotic fruits. Light sage note. Extremely elegant and pleasant on the palate with a long, minerally aftertaste. Delicious as an aperitif, but also with fish dishes and white meat. Also delicious with fine pasta dishes and green salads.
