Style
An accessible southern French white wine that combines the fresh character of Chardonnay with the floral and aromatic richness of Viognier. Elegant, balanced and suitable for pairing with food.
The Chardonnay is partially fermented and aged in French and American oak barrels, whilst the Viognier is vinified in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and fruitiness. As a result, the oak notes are subtly present and supportive, not dominant.
Barrel ageing: partial oak ageing (partially in oak).
A seductive white wine made from Chardonnay and Viognier. Aromas of peach, apricot, tropical fruit and white flowers are complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and toasted bread. Round and soft on the palate, with fresh acidity, a light minerality and a long, fruity finish. Delicious with grilled fish, shellfish, poultry and creamy cheeses.
