Our Blanc de Noirs is the expression of the purity of two grape varieties: Pinot Noir (66%) and Pinot Meunier (34%) and one exceptional year: 2015. Vinified per plot, the large proportion of grapes from the Village Grand Cru de Verzenay depth, elegance and tension. The low dosage of Extra Brut (4gr/L) keeps the wine fresh and ensures that it can fully express itself. The Blanc de Noirs has an intense golden color and an expressive, richly aromatic nose, with notes of dried fruit and candied fruit. The Pinot Noir gives strength to the nose, softened by the roundness and fruitiness of the Meunier. In the mouth the wine is powerful and full, with good balance, a touch of freshness and great length. Located on the Montagne de Reims, Verzenay is a Grand Cru Champagne village on a vine-covered hill that produces a wine with strong character. 66% Pinot Noir 34% Pinot Meunier _ Dosage Extra Brut: 5gr/L _ Minimum 6 years aging on lees After disgorgement: 6 months minimum _ 100% malolactic fermentation _ 3 different Crus Verzenay (Grand Cru), Vertus (Premier Cru), Chambrecy
