- Many of their whiskies are matured in their own oak casks, and sometimes in sherry or wine casks
- They are one of the few independent Dutch distillers who distil, mature and bottle entirely in-house
💡 Fun fact: Zuidam has won several international awards for their malt wine, whisky and liqueurs and is known for innovative flavours such as single cask whiskies and Dutch rum.
