Millstone, a Dutch single malt whisky distilled traditionally and by hand at the distillery owned by the Zuidam family. This family has over 50 years’ experience in distilling exclusive spirits. Authentic Dutch windmills have played a key role in the production of this exclusive whisky. A key tradition for this whisky is the use of the millstones, which slowly grind the malted barley into flour. This method of milling causes virtually no rise in the grain’s temperature, thereby creating delicious aromas.
