Mirko Dagoli, a young entrepreneur, oenologist, agronomist and enthusiast, took his first steps in his grandfather's vineyards in the Marche region at an early age. At the age of 31, he decided to invest in that great passion in the land of origin by vinifying his grapes in the Chianti and Chianti Classico areas.
