4 years vinified in traditional oak barrels, followed by a minimum 6-month maturation in bottle.
Intense and bright garnet red, with orange reflections. Intense and broad bouquet, with aromas of cherry, blueberry, currant, notes of spice and bitter almond. Dry, warm, balanced, ample, persistent palate.
It is recommended to open the bottle 1-2 hours before consumption. Grilled, spit-roasted, roasted meats, game, stewed meats, aged cheeses.
