Intense red color with characteristic violet reflections. The bouquet reveals typical notes of red fruits, almost in alcohol and sweet jam. On the palate there is a first hint of cherry, followed by ripe fruit, plums and a pleasant final aftertaste of vanilla. Very persistent and full.
Suitable for dishes rich in spices and tasty sauces, even spicy; Also excellent with meat, game in general, pork, lamb and aged cheeses.
