Win Verdejo is carefully made at a low fermentation temperature selected yeasts, with subsequent traditional ageing on the lees, which enhances the unctuousness and volume on the palate, of Verdejo grapes. Once vinification is complete, the aromas are extracted and followed by ethyl alcohol, using a refined method that respects the product at a low temperature. These aromas are then reabsorbed, preserving the essence of the unique raw material used to produce it. It preserves the compounds naturally present in the original wine, such as polyphenols, while retaining those of the wine's own antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

- Visual phase: pale straw yellow, clear and bright.

- Smell phase: clear hints of green apple and herbaceous notes typical of the Verdejo variety (anise, fennel).
