Win Tempranillo is made traditionally with a cold pre-maceration that improves the extraction of tannins, with a subsequent medium maceration, increasing structure, and with an alcoholic fermentation with carefully selected yeasts. The wines are balanced and long on the palate, made from Verdejo grapes. Once vinification is complete, the aromas are extracted and followed by ethyl alcohol, using a refined method that respects the product at room temperature. Then these aromas are reabsorbed, retaining the essence of the unique raw material used to produce it. It retains the polyphenols compounds of the original wine, preserving its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, resulting in a fantastic healthy effect product without alcohol.

- Smelling phase: frank, complex nose, with an important presence of red fruits and berries.
