This elegant Speyside single malt, distilled in 2001 and selected by independent bottler Wilson & Morgan, perfectly demonstrates how sherry cask maturation can lend finesse and depth to a classic Highland-style whisky. The nose opens richly and invitingly with aromas of raisins, dried figs and candied fruit, complemented by notes of honey, toasted nuts and gentle spices.
