Elegant and smooth, Kavalan Single Malt is the signature expression of the range. Crafted from a blend of 8 different cask types (American oak, ex-Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry, Refilled Oloroso Sherry and four wine casks from California, Portugal, Spain and Australia), it draws on flavours of flowers, exotic fruit and vanilla. The shape of the bottle is reminiscent of the Taipei 101, which was once the tallest tower in the world.
