Kamiki is a Japanese blended malt whisky in which craftsmanship and tradition come together with a unique maturation process. The whisky is blended from various malt whiskies and is first matured in classic oak casks, before undergoing a second maturation in Yoshino-sugi casks, made from Japanese cedar. This gives Kamiki its distinctive aromatic and spicy character.

On the nose, the whisky opens with fresh notes of citrus, green herbs and soft woody influences. Beneath these, subtle hints of sandalwood and a slightly sweet, almost honeyed aroma develop.

On the palate, Kamiki is smooth and balanced, with flavours of vanilla, dried fruit and a refined spiciness. The influence of the cedar wood creates a slightly dry and elegant wood profile, which differs from classic oak maturation.

The finish is medium-long, slightly spicy and harmonious, with a soft, warm woody note that lingers.
