GlenAllachie 18 Years is a Scottish single malt whisky blended under the guidance of Billy Walker. He is a living legend in the world of whisky and currently serves as Master Blender for GlenAllachie whisky. Billy Walker has over 40 years’ experience in the industry and personally selected the casks from which the GlenAllachie 18 is blended. It is known that these distillates have all been matured for at least 18 years, but some for much longer. The GlenAllachie 18 Years has a bronze colour in the glass. The aroma combines fresh vanilla with layers of butterscotch and spices. Rich, complex and sweet on the palate. Raisins, marzipan, heather and honey are present. With a little time in the glass, this develops into cherries, spices and hints of dark chocolate.
