What enriches it and gives it its inimitable flavour is a two-week infusion of spices. These include black pepper, ginger, liquorice, vanilla and nutmeg....
This is a blend of different vintages from the Dominican Republic and Venezuela.
It can be enjoyed on its own or used as the basis for original, spicy cocktails!
Tasting notes
Colour
A beautiful golden colour, resulting solely from this maceration of spices.
Nose
On opening, a veritable explosion of aromas: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, citrus fruit... Vanilla too, as well as pepper, which adds depth and complexity.
Palate
On the palate, the promise of such intensity is fulfilled: ras el-hanout-type spices are joined by cloves, tonka bean, vegetal aromas, vanilla...
Finish
A very pleasant finish.
