with violet reflections. The bouquet is rich and intense: it releases
marked notes of ripe fruit (blackberries and cherries) and a
pleasant hint of spices and intriguing liquorice.
On the palate it is warm, soft, structured and of good
persistence.
Food pairings: goes well with savoury dishes
