The careful maturation in French barrels from Burgundy and Bordeaux ensures different toasts. Over two decades learning and choosing with great care the vineyards that make up the great Somontano wine. A journey of knowledge, selection and passionate search for the specific qualities of two essential vineyard areas: the plains of La Oliva, an example of the traditional dry land wisely cultivated; and the Sierra de Salinas, with its small plots of old vines among olive groves and holm oak forests. Two worlds in which native and adapted varieties coexist. Tempranillo, merlot, cabernet sauvignon, moristel, parraleta.
