In this genever, the entire philosophy and rich ageing history at Filliers Distillery come together. Maturation in Bourbon casks of American oak for twenty-one years results in a masterpiece among genevers.
With its complex & roasted aromas, this genever completes the range perfectly, distinguishing itself from the younger fresh genevers with their peppery character. Its tasting is a discovery of flavours & depth, at its purest. The bottle colour is incorporated into the glass, alluding to the oxidation of copper that occurs over time.
