This award-winning genever rests & matures for seventeen years in Bourbon barrels of American oak in the maturing warehouses of Filliers Distillery. In the cask, the flavours and aromas complement each other for years. The wood plays an important role in this, perfectly holding the middle ground between the fresh & peppery character of the young genever, and the complex roasted aromas of the older one.

The bottle is coloured in the glass, referring to the discolouration of the stills over time. This genever is the signature within the genever range and is best discovered when tasted pure.
