Siderit London Dry Gin is a Spanish gin distilled using rye spirit in Cantabria, in northern Spain. What makes Siderit gin unique is that it is distilled in a glass still rather than a copper one. This helps to avoid any off-odours or flavours. Siderit is largely made by hand in small batches. One of the twelve botanicals is ‘Siderit’: a specific botanical that grows only in the mountains of the Picos de Europa. This gives the gin a unique aroma and flavour. The following botanicals are used for Siderit Hibiscus gin: juniper, coriander, rock tea, cardamom, angelica root, cinnamon, bitter orange peel, mandarin peel, hibiscus flower, pink pepper, Marcona almonds, and orris root.
