Filliers Dry Gin 28 is distilled with great patience in small quantities, in the traditional copper stills and flasks of Distillery Filliers, founded in 1880. On the banks of the Leie, in the picturesque Bachte-Maria-Leerne in Belgium, hidden between the vast meadows and grain fields, Filliers Distillery has been making premium spirits such as grain gin, fruit gin, gin, whiskey and vodka since 1880. The traditional distilling process at Filliers in traditional copper alembics (distiller flasks) is a very delicate balancing act in which the craftsmanship and years of experience of 5 generations of master distillers play a major role.
