A robust red wine from the South of France with a deep colour and intense aromas of violets, blackcurrants, liquorice, cocoa and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is rich, juicy and full-bodied, with ripe dark fruit, subtle spice and elegant tannins that ensure a long, harmonious finish.

Barrel ageing
The wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of:
- terracotta amphorae
