Unique terroirs, wines full of character. Vineyards spread across seven municipalities offer ideal conditions for every grape variety. Some cuvées are in the process of converting to organic farming and are cultivated biodynamically, whilst others follow sustainable viticulture practices without the use of chemical weed control, in accordance with the HVE standard. The River Ource protects against frost and regulates the temperature, whilst the chalky clay soils impart freshness to the Chardonnay, roundness to the Pinot Blanc and minerality to the Pinot Noir, allowing the wines’ typical characteristics to come fully to the fore.

This champagne was selected to offer an elegant, fresh and accessible style, whilst maintaining the quality of an AOP Champagne. Notable for its fine bubbles, aromatic freshness and lovely length on the palate.
