PRODUCTION

Cava Lux Brut is produced on our own estates and undergoes a long second fermentation at low temperature and in silence on the racks. of citrus fruits together with the yeasty note of freshly baked bread. The palate is initially discreet with fine, well-integrated bubbles. There is an excellent balance between the perfect acidity and a slight bitterness in the finish, which gives the wine strength and body. The finish and aroma are significant, as are the hints of white fruit such as grapefruit.

SERVING SUGGESTION

This is a cava that pairs well with all aperitifs, fish, white meat or small game. It is ideal with paella with shellfish, fresh pasta and oven-baked dishes.
