The Manoir d'Apreval is a family estate located on the coast in the north of Pays d'Auge, by the sea between Honfleur and Trouville. Respecting traditions and appellations, the team at Manoir d'Apreval uses its apple and pear orchards with tall trunks in organic farming and produces pure juices, with no added sugars, and vintage ciders with natural effervescence allowing them to preserve the best expression of their terroir.
A prestigious Calvados that reveals a spicy and candied character born from a complex blend of different distillates.
Cider fermented for 8 months on fine lees.
Double distillation in a pot still
Aged in 1,000-litre oak barrels and then in new 400-litre barrels
Blend of different vintages of Calvados AOC Pays d'Auge older than 18 years.

Colour: Gold with amber reflections, clear and bright
Nose: Intense aromas of baked apples, brown sugar, vanilla followed by a nose of liquorice and warm spices
Mouth: Spicy and woody attack with a citrusy and floral finish. very enveloping.
