The Manoir d'Apreval is a family estate located on the coast in the north of Pays d'Auge, by the sea between Honfleur and Trouville. Respecting traditions and appellations, the team at Manoir d'Apreval uses its apple and pear orchards with tall trunks in organic farming and produces pure juices, with no added sugars, and vintage ciders with natural effervescence that allows them to preserve the best expression of their terroir.

Cider fermented for 6 months on fine lees.
Double distillation in a pot still.
Matured in 1,200-litre oak barrels followed by 400-litre barrels.

Nose: Aromas characterised by floral and vegetal notes
Mouth: Powerful on the palate dominated by aromas of candied apple, vanilla, with a fine liquorice. Perseverance
