About the winery Trapiche was founded in 1883 with a small vineyard at the foot of the Andes, called El Trapiche. Starting as a local business, Trapiche has since grown into a major winery with over 1,200 hectares of vineyards. In addition, they work with more than 300 winegrowers in the area to offer wine from the best terroirs in Mendoza.

Vinification The grapes are destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and concrete tanks at a controlled temperature of 25 to 26 degrees for 20 days. The wine is then aged for 15 months in French oak, some of which is new.
