Sweets and tropical fruit notes develop in the nose to maritime influences, sea salt and a pepper that Talisker is known for. Sugared candy, lime, peat smoke and tropical fruit complement this in a special way. Rich, round and sweet; this whiskey has it all from the first sip. Peat smoke floats in the background and gradually comes to the fore in combination with hints of tropical fruit and apple. Black pepper, sea salt, chili and citrus complement this further. The aftertaste combines hints of fresh fruit, licorice and charcoal.
