A superb ‘sherried’ expression of The ONE from The Lakes Distillery, finished in a combination of first-fill Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks, offering an abundance of dried fruit notes, with a distinct hint of spicy Spanish oak. As always, the blend has been brilliantly crafted using the distillery’s own single malt alongside whiskies from across the British Isles.
