Whisky Kingsbarns - Doocot - 46° - 70cl
Deze Kingsbarns, Doocot, uit de Kingdom of Fife in de Lowlands van Schotland spreekt tot de verbeelding. De whiskyblend komt immers uit 2 verschillende vattypes:
1st fill ex-bourbon barrels en STR vaten (Shaved, Toasted en Re-charred).
DOOCOT zit vol zoete, fruitige toetsen en is licht, intens fruitig, bloemig en aangevuld met een rijke kleur afkomstig van de bourbonvaten van hoge kwaliteit waarin de whisky rijpte. Bestaande uit dezelfde vloeistof als Kingsbarns' eerste release Dream to Dram, maar met langere eiken rijping waardoor de complexiteit zich kon ontwikkelen met behoud van balans.
