DOOCOT is full of sweet, fruity notes and is light, intensely fruity and floral, complemented by a rich colour derived from the high-quality bourbon casks in which the whisky matured. It consists of the same spirit as Kingsbarns’ first release, Dream to Dram, but with longer oak maturation, allowing the complexity to develop whilst maintaining balance.
