Kilchoman 100% Islay 7th Edition is produced on the island of Islay. The barley used is slightly less peated than that used for regular Kilchoman bottlings. Maturation takes place in refill bourbon casks previously used to mature Buffalo Trace. Nose: fruity, floral, malt and chocolate. Palate: honey, spices, barley and delicate smoke. Finish: cocoa and salted butter.
