Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a beautiful whisky from Suntory, made using fine single malts from Yamazaki and Hakushu. A grain whisky from Chita is also selected. Harmony comes in a beautiful decanter bottle with a stylish cap in sleek packaging, as we have come to expect from Japan. It is a fine whisky with striking aromas of white chocolate and subtle citrus in the background. Master Blender Shingo Torii has found a perfect balance, blending no fewer than five different casks, including American white oak and Japanese oak (Minzunara). Beautiful honey tones with subtle vanilla in the finish.
