Gouden Carolus Port Oak is a special flavor expression from Stokerij De Molenberg. Just like the multi-award winning Gouden Carolus Single Malt whisky, this edition is also distilled from the malt mash of a beer brewed by Het Anker. This whiskey was continuously matured in a selection of port casks that enhance its complexity and depth of flavor. The result is a slightly dry, spicy whiskey with notes of sweet dark chocolate.
