Glenfarclas 12 Year is a single malt whisky distilled in Speyside, a region in northern Scotland. This region is famous for the quality distillates produced by whisky companies here. Once the base distillate is complete, it is allowed to mature in casks for no less than 12 years. The aroma contains subtle notes of fresh fruit, oak and sweet sherry, supported by a rich blend of herbs. The flavour has hints of dates and walnuts, with sweet notes of toffee and fresh apples in the background. You will also recognise a slightly smoky undertone.
