The Single Malt Whiskey from Filliers Distillery is the first Belgian whiskey that matured exclusively in European oak Sherry barrels. These barrels release their flavors very slowly for at least 10 years. The creation of this whiskey is an exercise in patience & craftsmanship, with a result to cherish. Tasting notes A whiskey with a pronounced nose in which Sherry elegantly emerges. Recognizable floral notes that subtly end in dried fruit. The taste is balanced with spicy herbs and dark chocolate toffee that is permeated with wood, walnut & orange flavors. A generously layered spirit.
