Deerstalker 12 Years is een zachte goudkleurige single malt whisky afkomstig uit de Highland regio van Schotland. Deze variant heeft voor twaalf jaar lang op voormalig sherry vaten mogen rijpen waardoor hij een zeer aangenaam zoet karakter heeft verkregen. Deze wordt opgevuld door de heerlijke tonen van diverse vruchten, onderbouwd door aangenaam kruidige ondertonen en een slechts een lichte hint van veen. Niet te sterk maar toch goed aanwezig.
