The whole matured for nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, after which it was distributed. One half remained in the bourbon barrels and the rest was transferred to the exclusive 30-year-old Gonzalez byass matusalem oloroso sherry butts for the last three years. After this process they were reunited to create this phenomenal whisky. A whiskey with the aroma of a warm Seattle coffeehouse. The wonderful smell of roasted beans and espressos. All around you smell soft notes of malt and grain, butter and rich orange aroma. His tastes take a slightly different direction.
