The Balvenie 30 Years is a rare 2014 release of a genius single malt whisky. Master Distiller David Stuart selected only the finest casks with a minimum age of 30 years known to have undergone slow and traditional maturation in European oak sherry casks. A genially smooth Balvenie whisky with a subtle rich wood touch enriched by ripe red fruits and soft spices. The Balvenie 30 years won Gold recognition in 2010 at the International Spirits Challenge and also received 90 points from Serge Valentin on Whisky Fun. The Balvenie was voted ‘Best Speyside Single Malt whisky in the world’ at the World Whisky Awards in 2013. The thirty-year-old Balvenie is presented in an efficient extendable packaging box but mainly to protect the bottle nicely.
