Vermouth del Professore rosso is an Italian vermouth made from 100% Italian wines. Thanks to the addition of 13 different herbs from the Alpine regions, the drink gains wonderful complexity. Vermouth Del Professore is produced in New Castle Don Bosco at the famous distillery Quaglia. Everything is done manually in small batches. One takes white wine made from Muscat Langa which is enriched with 15 aromatic and medicinal herbs to arrive at a beautifully balanced vermouth. Del Professore's Classic Vermouth is ideal as an aperitif. Best served chilled and possibly with a few cubes of ice. A slice of orange or lemon is possible, although this is mainly a visual asset. Fine aromas with nice acidity and bitters. Ideal as an aperitif drink: pure or with ice. Prefect for use in cocktails.
