Olmeca Altos Reposado is a flavourful tequila made entirely from blue agave from the highlands of Jalisco. This reposado tequila undergoes a six- to eight-month maturation in ex-whiskey barrels.
During this period, the drink absorbs influences from the wood and its character is further formed. The drink also owes its colour to this maturation period. Flavourful influences of citrus, vanilla and oak balance each other excellently. Olmeca Altos Reposado is worth trying pure!
