Giffard Caramel Toffee Liqueur is a French caramel liqueur from Giffard’s “Modern” range, containing approximately 18% alcohol. It is a sweet, dessert-like liqueur with a distinct and well-developed caramel and toffee profile.
Aroma: rich, buttery caramel and toffee notes with hints of vanilla.
Taste: smooth, creamy and sweet with notes of toffee, fudge and brown sugar; the vanilla adds extra roundness.
Texture: silky smooth and full-bodied on the palate, ideal as an after-dinner liqueur.
Delicious neat over ice, poured over desserts (vanilla ice cream, crème brûlée), or as a flavouring in sweet cocktails and coffee drinks.
