Giffard & Cie Noisette (Hazelnut) liqueur is a French hazelnut liqueur made by macerating roasted hazelnuts in alcohol — resulting in a rich, aromatic and nutty profile.
Nose: warm aromas of roasted hazelnuts and almonds.
Taste: smooth, sweet and well-balanced with distinct hazelnut and nut butter flavours, light caramel/marzipan notes and a full, nutty body.
Finish: round and aromatic, with a subtle nutty aftertaste that lingers.
Serving suggestions: Delicious neat over ice, as a shot, in coffee drinks, over desserts or as a flavouring in cocktails where sweet nutty accents are desired (such as in a Nutty Irishman).
