Fruit was fermented on the skins for seven to 10 days. After pressing, clarification and blending, the wine was aged in French and American oak hogsheads for 12 months prior to bottling.
Deep red with a black centre.
Red berries, charry spice with chocolate and liquorice notes.
Chocolate carries through to the palate, which is rich with rich red fruit and a soft finish.
