Grape variety/vinification
This wine is made from 100% shiraz. The Elements is named after the three most important factors in making this wine; soil, climate and people. The wine producing areas are influenced by the two major oceans; the Atlantic and the Indian. A combination of maritime airflow and frequent fog creates a temperate Mediterranean climate.
Tasting note
This wine has a deep red colour with notes of plums, pepper and bacon. Even the aroma of a cigar box emerges. A full-bodied and rich wine with pleasant tannins.
Wine/food
This goes well with dishes from the BBQ, such as a mixed grill. But also tastes great with chorizo.
