Een droge sherry geproduceerd in Sanlucar de Barrameda, gelegen aan de Atlantische kust in de klassieke sherry producerende regio in Jerez, Zuidwest-Spanje. 3 jaar gerijpt in sherry butts (vaten) onder een film van ‘flor’-gist die de smaken van vers fruit van de wijn behoudt en tegelijkertijd zijn eigen unieke broodachtige / brioche-tonen geeft. Manzanilla is qua stijl vergelijkbaar met Fino-sherry, maar manzanilla heeft een unieke en subtiele pittige zoute afdronk. buitengewoon droog en verfrissend met onderbouwde smaken van verse citrusvruchten en appels
