Amontillados are one of the most interesting wines within Sherry wines. They are first bred as Manzanilla with organic breeding under the ‘Veil of Flower’ for eight years, and then go on to oxidative rearing for another seven years.
A total of 15 years of ageing that brings our Amontillado Príncipe extraordinary nuances of both ageings.
