Saké Shirayuki is a Japanese Saké. It is made from Japanese rice and has a nice full flavour. Aromas of rice and light herbs can be detected in the aroma. To drink with shushi and other raw fish dishes, among others.
Saké is a unique and traditional Japanese alcoholic drink that has become popular in the Netherlands, especially in recent years. It is brewed from rice, koji (a type of fungus), yeast and water and is also known as rice wine.
The serving temperature is very cold or hot using the au bain-marie method.
