Plantation Fiji 2009 is a distinctive and rich vintage rum that matures for seven years in ex-bourbon barrels in Fiji, before being transported to France. At Maison Ferrand, a prestigious cognac house, the rum then matures for a further two to three years. Plantation Fiji 2009 is distinct and intense with rich and round flavours.

The aroma of this rum is particularly pleasant, oily and fruity. Pear and banana transition to more spicy notes and hints of oak. Flavours of vanilla and caramel blend seamlessly. This is followed by cocoa, ginger, fruit and hazelnuts. An excellent rum to enjoy pure or with ice.
